1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "you") and M1778 ("InfinityRouter", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, generating an API key, or transmitting HTTP requests to our gateway endpoints, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you represent an entity or organization, you warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Scope and Architecture

InfinityRouter provides high-performance proxy routing, load-balancing, token-based usage metering, and automated multi-provider failover for artificial intelligence inference models. Our platform routes your prompt payloads to third-party model providers without altering the standard OpenAI-compatible API protocol. Which provider serves a given request is an internal routing decision and may change between requests.

3. Account Registration and Security

Access to the dashboard and API key generation requires authentication via GitHub OAuth. You must maintain the confidentiality and security of your credentials. Each developer is entitled to one personal account. Creating automated sybil accounts to abuse promotional credits, faucet allocations, or referral incentives constitutes a material breach resulting in immediate termination and forfeiture of unspent balances.

4. API Keys and Custody

API keys grant direct authorization to consume prepaid ledger balances. A secret key is shown once when it is generated and stored only as a hash we cannot reverse, so a lost key can be replaced but never recovered. You bear sole financial and legal responsibility for all API requests dispatched using your keys. You must immediately revoke and regenerate any key suspected of exposure or compromise.

5. Prepaid Metering and Accounting

5.1. Prepaid Metering: InfinityRouter operates strictly on a prepaid credit model with zero mandatory monthly recurring fees. Every completion request reserves a temporary hold based on the prompt size and requested token ceiling.

5.2. Stream Accounting: Usage is metered in real-time with 9-decimal precision (nanodollars). As streaming tokens flow to your client, the exact published rate per million tokens is debited. If a connection disconnects or an upstream fails before delivery, holds are released immediately and you are billed only for completed tokens delivered to your stream.

5.3. No Expiry and Non-Refundability: Prepaid credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Cryptographic balance deposits are non-refundable and non-convertible to fiat currencies, representing purchase of computational inference capacity.

6. Cryptocurrency Top-Ups

Deposits are accepted in supported stablecoins (USDC and USDT) on designated networks (such as Base L2 and Tron). You must verify that you send approved tokens to the unique on-chain address generated for your account. Transactions credit automatically following required network block confirmations. InfinityRouter is not responsible for funds dispatched to unsupported networks, incorrect smart contracts, or addresses with cross-chain errors.

7. Upstream Inference Disclaimers

Inference generations are produced autonomously by third-party upstream artificial intelligence architectures. InfinityRouter acts solely as a communication conduit and proxy router. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the factual accuracy, completeness, reliability, or intellectual appropriateness of machine-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for evaluating outputs prior to deployment.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to generate, transmit, or facilitate:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual exploitative imagery.
  • Cyberwarfare payloads, malware distribution, exploit development, or automated DDoS orchestration.
  • Terrorist recruitment, violent extremism, or instructions for constructing chemical, biological, or kinetic weapons.
  • Fraudulent phishing schemes, unauthorized surveillance, or automated identity theft.
  • Circumvention of upstream provider safety filters or unauthorized extraction of model weights.

9. Intellectual Property and Ownership

As between you and InfinityRouter, you retain all right, title, and interest in and to your input prompts and resulting completion outputs. InfinityRouter does not claim ownership over your data and does not use customer request payloads to train machine learning models.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InfinityRouter and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall InfinityRouter be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total aggregate liability arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to InfinityRouter during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Modifications and Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify these Terms to reflect architectural, regulatory, or operational updates. Updated terms will be published with a revised effective date. Continued utilization of the service following modifications constitutes acceptance. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing commercial technology routing agreements, without regard to conflict of law principles.
