Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Customer", "User", or "you") and InfinityRouter ("InfinityRouter", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, authenticating via OAuth or Single Sign-On, generating an API key, or transmitting HTTP requests to our gateway endpoints, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you enter into this agreement on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Service Scope and Architecture

InfinityRouter operates an enterprise-grade artificial intelligence gateway providing dynamic inference routing, multi-upstream load balancing, automated failure recovery, nanodollar usage metering, and protocol translation. The platform accepts standard OpenAI-compatible chat completion requests and Anthropic Messages payloads, evaluates real-time supplier costs, performance metrics, and key quotas, and routes payloads to optimal upstream execution targets. Upstream routing decisions, failover paths, and supplier selection are determined autonomously by the InfinityRouter routing engine to maximize throughput and reliability.

3. Account Registration, Enterprise SSO, and Identity

Access to the administration dashboard and management APIs requires authentication via GitHub OAuth or approved enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session credentials and identity credentials. Each individual developer is entitled to one personal account. Creating automated sybil accounts to exploit promotional credits, signup bonuses, or referral systems constitutes a material breach resulting in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of unspent ledger balances.

4. API Keys, Cryptographic Custody, and Confidentiality

API keys generated on the platform grant direct authorization to consume prepaid ledger balances. When an API key is generated, the plaintext secret is presented exactly once. The gateway stores only a SHA-256 cryptographic hash of the key. Plaintext keys cannot be recovered, extracted, or decrypted by InfinityRouter personnel.

You maintain sole financial and operational custody over your keys. Any request signed with your API key is deemed authorized by you. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality of your API keys and to revoke and regenerate compromised keys immediately via the dashboard. InfinityRouter reserves the right to automatically deactivate keys detected in public repositories or exhibiting anomalous attack signatures.

5. Prepaid Metering and Nanodollar Stream Accounting

5.1. Prepaid Accounting Model: InfinityRouter operates strictly on a prepaid credit ledger model with zero mandatory monthly software recurring charges. Customers purchase compute capacity in advance, and usage is debited as requests execute.

5.2. Ephemeral Reservation Holds: Upon receipt of a completion request, the gateway places an ephemeral hold against your balance corresponding to the worst-case potential cost calculated from prompt token counts and the requested maximum output tokens. If your available balance is insufficient to cover the worst-case hold, the request is refused before dispatch.

5.3. Nanodollar Streaming Precision: Usage is settled in real-time with 9-decimal precision (nanodollars). As streaming tokens flow to your client, the exact published rate per million tokens is debited. If a connection drops, an upstream provider fails, or a stream terminates early, the unused hold is released immediately, and you are billed solely for completed tokens delivered to your stream socket.

6. Cryptocurrency Settlement, Balances, and Refunds

6.1. Blockchain Settlement Finality: Account top-ups are conducted using supported stablecoins (such as USDC and USDT) on designated blockchain networks (such as Base L2 and Tron). Deposits are credited automatically after completing the requisite number of on-chain network block confirmations. On-chain transfers are irreversible under blockchain network rules.

6.2. Credit Nature: Prepaid balances represent pre-purchased computational inference capacity. Balances do not constitute a bank account, escrow holding, custodial currency deposit, or stored-value instrument, and do not accrue interest. Unspent credits do not expire while your account remains active.

6.3. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes: Because cryptographic settlement is final on-chain, traditional credit card chargeback mechanisms do not apply. Any dispute regarding token metering, hold settlement, or ledger accounting must be submitted through our support portal within thirty (30) days of the request, referencing the public request identifier (public_id). Verified router-side calculation errors or unreleased holds caused by system failure will be credited back to the customer ledger via a compensatory balance adjustment. Prepaid crypto balances are non-refundable and non-convertible to fiat currency except where mandated by applicable law.

7. Service measurements and latency

7.1. Measured availability: No uptime percentage or service credit is promised on this page. When sufficient traffic data exists, measured request health is shown on the status page.

7.2. Gateway Latency Bounds: InfinityRouter proxy processing overhead targets less than 10 milliseconds (p95) added to upstream Time to First Token (TTFT) across healthy provider connections.

7.3. Measurement limits: Status measurements depend on recorded traffic and can be unavailable for quiet models or during data collection failures.

7.4. Service credits: No automatic service credit is defined here. Any credit decision must be documented separately in writing.

8. Zero Data Retention (ZDR) and Model Training Guarantee

8.1. Zero Data Retention Default: By default, InfinityRouter enforces a strict Zero Data Retention (ZDR) architecture for all API traffic. Prompt payloads and model completions stream transiently through volatile memory (RAM) in stateless reverse-proxy buffers and are discarded immediately upon stream completion. InfinityRouter writes no prompt text, completion text, or reasoning output to persistent disk or database storage unless you explicitly enable content logging for a specific API key.

8.2. Opt-in Content Logging: If you intentionally enable the content logging switch for an API key, request and response payloads are stored in an isolated database table governed by an automated purge schedule. On this deployment, logged content is purged after a maximum retention window of thirty (30) days.

8.3. Premium Tier Enforcement: On the Premium plan tier, content logging cannot be turned on. The gateway refuses to store prompt or completion text for Premium accounts regardless of per-key settings.

8.4. Zero Model Training: InfinityRouter never trains, fine-tunes, evaluates, or distills artificial intelligence models on customer prompts, completions, or embedded content. We route requests to upstream enterprise endpoints whose contractual terms prohibit using API payloads for model training.

9. Upstream Provider Terms Pass-Through and Reseller Disclaimers

9.1. Independent Gateway Router Disclaimer: InfinityRouter is an independent gateway router and proxy conduit. InfinityRouter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official reseller of any third-party foundation model creators or upstream provider entities including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or DeepSeek. All third-party product designations, model identifiers, logos, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Reference to model architectures is strictly for technical identification and protocol compatibility.

9.2. Upstream Provider Terms Pass-Through: You acknowledge that model completions are generated autonomously by upstream provider systems. Customer agrees to abide by all applicable terms of service and usage policies of the respective upstream foundation model provider organizations including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and DeepSeek terms of service.

9.3. Synthetic Data and Model Distillation Restrictions: Where prohibited by the terms of service of an upstream provider, you agree not to use outputs generated through InfinityRouter to train, fine-tune, or benchmark competing foundation models.

9.4. Upstream Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InfinityRouter and its operators from any claims, regulatory penalties, damages, or liabilities arising out of your violation of upstream terms of service or acceptable use policies.

10. Acceptable Use Policy, Fair Use, and Rate Limits

10.1. Rate Limits and Concurrency: To preserve cluster stability, accounts and API keys are subject to rate limits including Requests Per Minute (RPM), Tokens Per Minute (TPM), and concurrent in-flight connections. Automated rate limiters, concurrency semaphores, and circuit breakers enforce these limits in Redis.

10.2. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the gateway to generate, transmit, or facilitate:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual exploitative imagery.
• Malware, exploits, botnets, automated denial-of-service tools, or cyberwarfare offensive tools.
• Instructions for synthesizing chemical, biological, radiological, or kinetic weapons.
• Fraudulent impersonation, phishing, automated identity theft, or deceptive surveillance.
• Unauthorized extraction of model weights, architectural reverse-engineering, or safety filter circumvention.

11. Export Regulations and Trade Sanctions (OFAC / EAR)

11.1. Trade Sanctions and OFAC Compliance: Customer warrants and represents that neither Customer, nor any of its affiliates, officers, directors, or end users, is: (a) located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or territory subject to comprehensive United States economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine; or (b) identified on any restricted party list maintained by the US Government, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List or the Foreign Sanctions Evaders List.

11.2. Export Controls (EAR): Customer agrees to comply with all applicable United States and international export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the US Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). Customer shall not export, re-export, transfer, or facilitate access to AI inference models or advanced computing capabilities in violation of EAR restrictions, including advanced AI dual-use controls and restricted military end-use provisions.

12. Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and Privacy Readiness

12.1. Controller and Processor Roles: For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Customer is the Data Controller (or "Business") and InfinityRouter is the Data Processor (or "Service Provider").

12.2. Processing Scope: InfinityRouter processes personal data contained in request payloads solely to transmit, process, and meter inference requests in accordance with Customer instructions and these Terms.

12.3. Enterprise DPA Availability: Enterprise customers requiring a formal executed Data Processing Addendum containing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers may request our standardized DPA via our support portal.

13. Intellectual Property, Outputs, and Indemnification

13.1. Customer Data and Outputs: As between Customer and InfinityRouter, Customer retains all right, title, and ownership interest in and to input prompts and, to the extent recognized by applicable law, generated model completions.

13.2. InfinityRouter Intellectual Property: InfinityRouter retains all intellectual property rights, patents, trademarks, and copyrights in and to the InfinityRouter gateway, routing algorithms, metering protocols, documentation, and user interfaces.

14. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

14.1. As-Is Architecture: The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. InfinityRouter disclaims all express, statutory, or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14.2. Upstream Inference Disclaimers: Generative outputs are produced autonomously by third-party neural network architectures. InfinityRouter does not guarantee the factual accuracy, reliability, or safety of model responses. Customer assumes full responsibility for evaluating and testing model outputs prior to downstream deployment.

14.3. Liability Ceiling: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall InfinityRouter, its operators, affiliates, or licensors be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. The total aggregate liability of InfinityRouter arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by Customer to InfinityRouter during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

15. Modifications, Termination, and Governing Law

15.1. Modifications: We may amend these Terms to reflect technical, regulatory, or operational developments. Notice of amendments will be provided by publishing updated terms with a revised effective date. Continued usage of the gateway following publication constitutes acceptance.

15.2. Termination: InfinityRouter may suspend or terminate access immediately upon reasonable suspicion of material breach, abusive activity, sanctions non-compliance, or security vulnerability.

15.3. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing commercial technology infrastructure agreements, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
